Upgrading the AV with the last version I needed more information to understand why installation fails. Despite the manuasl I saw very usefult to use this command to find the log installation file faster:
msiexec /i “path-to-msi\Symantec Endpoint Protection.msi” /L*V C:\sep_inst.log
